Terms of Service

By creating an account on CloudInfoways you agree to these terms.

The service: we provide an online store on the domain you own, hosted and maintained by us, on the plan you choose. Features marked "coming soon" are not part of any plan until they are released.

Your domain: you must own the domain you register and keep it renewed with your domain registrar. You are responsible for pointing it to our server as shown in your account.

Your content: you are responsible for the products, text, images and claims on your store and for complying with the law, including consumer-protection, advertising and product-safety rules. We may pause a store that sells illegal or prohibited items.

Billing: plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, plus GST where applicable. If a renewal is not paid, your store stays online for a 3-day grace period and is then paused until payment; your data is not deleted.

Changes: we may update prices or these terms with at least 15 days' notice by email. You can cancel at any time.

Liability: the service is provided on an "as is" basis; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
