Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial: paid plans come with a free trial where shown, so you can try the platform before paying.

Cancellation: you can stop renewing at any time. Your store stays live until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds: if you are not satisfied, write to our support email within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. Renewal payments are not refundable, except where a payment was charged twice or in error — those are refunded in full.

Refunds are sent back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
