This policy explains how CloudInfoways ("we") handles information on CloudInfoways.

What we collect: your name, email, mobile number, business name, domain name and billing details when you sign up or contact us. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

How we use it: to create and run your store, send you account and billing messages, provide support and meet legal and tax requirements (such as GST invoices).

Your store's data: products, orders and customer information inside your store belong to you. We only access them to provide hosting and support, or when you ask us to.

Sharing: we do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the service (hosting, email, payment processing) or when required by law.

Security: passwords are stored encrypted and each store has its own separate database.

Your choices: you can update your details from your account or ask us to delete your account and data by writing to our support email.
