Cloud Infoways may use the client's information only for internal purpose like accounting, client service documents, monitoring the client for any fraud and expanding or improving the products and services offered by Cloud Infoways. Cloud Infoways may also use the postal address or email ID to share business documentations and marketing material unless the client opts not to receive such mails with a written request.

Cloud Infoways may disclose any information about the client with prior intimation to them, to the regulatory authorities, affiliates or an entity that has executed a service or product contract with Cloud Infoways for the purpose of providing our software solutions.

Cloud Infoways agrees not to disclose client information shared with us to any third party for any marketing activities. We ensure not to sell, trade or distribute the clients information shared with us to an outside vendor or any third party not associated to the services provided by Cloud Infoways.

Cloud Infoways makes use of Cookie technology for a web session during which the user accesses our website and/or checks emails. The use of cookies is restricted only for the creation of a identification number intended to trace the website visitors and any website visitor clicking on a banner Advertisement and such cookies will expire shortly after the user leaves the website.

STANDARD REFUND TERMS:

This Policy is provided in the English language. To the extent any translation is provided to you, it is provided for convenience purposes only, and in the event of any conflict between the English and translated version, the English version will control and prevail.

Refund Policy for Advance (Partial) Payments:

We only collects advance payment of 50% of total value for any service that are rendered on our website after you confirm your project with us, & showing the basic design to customers and such advances are non-refundable.

Exception for Advance (Partial) Payments:

The 50% deposit of advance paid is only refundable, if our team has not started working on the project, within 24 hours of order being placed.

Refund Policy for Second (Full) Payment:

We only collects rest (balance) 50% of the second payment post successful completion of work and such payments are non-refundable.

Digital Marketing (SEO) Services Refund Policy:

You can cancel Digital Marketing (SEO) Services at any time and we will not bill you for future months except 1 upcoming month. However, you will not be refunded the cost of the 1 (one) upcoming month, present or past months since the service has already been planned/ prepared or performed. If you cancel SEO Services and request a refund within 48 hours of initially purchasing or renewing, you can receive a full refund for that month of service. After 48 hours, however, you are responsible for paying for that month, but will not be billed for future month.

Mode of Refund:

Refunds are based on the mode of payment used to place the order initially. Below are the refund modes initiated by us for various payment options:

Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking:

If Credit card, Debit card or Internet banking was used as the mode of payment while placing the order, the amount paid will be refunded/ will be credited back to the respective credit/debit card/internet banking account provided at the time of placing the order. We initiate refund within a maximum of 5 working days. However, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by us.
